I buy my organic fair trade coffee from Coffee Exchange in Providence, Rhode Island. When I view their listing I see the following: Their Logo, Name of the Company, a detailed description of the business, products and services they offer, street address and phone number. I also see a google map that will guide me right to their front door. (so , ok, I don't need a map to find them but I do use the map to show friends/family how to get to their store)
But also I see a list of links - powerful tools to communicate to and with your customers!
